Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all original packaging intact.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must not show any signs of use.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition it was received.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
